It also included the creation of 24 interactive case studies that highlight where initiatives had been used effectively to develop young people, enhance pedagogy, impact on whole school agenda and promote parental and community engagement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Findings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Case studies highlighted the importance of understanding and prioritising the child\u2019s stage of development as opposed to their age so that initiatives are accessible and engaging and progression is tracked and planned effectively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training and support can develop a confident and motivated practitioner who is able to positively influence the development of the \u2018whole\u2019 child<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong inter-school partnerships coupled with training young leaders and empowering learners can help
