Through the use of a high-profile athlete, Get Exam Fit aimed to create behaviour change in young people to help them cope with and achieve their potential in school exams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This case study explored the effectiveness of Get Exam Fit on student\u2019s confidence, management of their physical and emotional wellbeing and exam readiness.
