{"id":22,"date":"2021-05-11T10:39:58","date_gmt":"2021-05-11T09:39:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/research.canterbury.ac.uk\/centre-for-sport-physical-education-and-activity-research\/?page_id=22"},"modified":"2023-08-09T13:06:15","modified_gmt":"2023-08-09T12:06:15","slug":"about-us","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/research.canterbury.ac.uk\/centre-for-sport-physical-education-and-activity-research\/about-us\/","title":{"rendered":"About us"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The Centre for Sport, Physical Education &amp; Activity Research (<em>spear<\/em>) has a national reputation for excellence and innovation, with impact case studies submitted by <em>spear<\/em> for REF 2014 judged as \u2018outstanding\u2019 in terms of reach and significance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><em>spear <\/em>is a proactive, dynamic unit responsive to existing and emerging public health, sport and physical activity strategies and priorities.
